## Description

Gayle Veitenheimer is a seminary-trained Christian author, speaker, and podcast host based in Austin, Texas. Through her writing and outreach, she combines a love of Scripture with storytelling to encourage children and teens to grow in faith. Her work spans picture books, preteen devotionals, middle-grade and young adult novels, and creative nonfiction. With co-author Jen Weaver, she is creating the forthcoming Kingswell Kid Detective series, pairing child-sized mysteries with faith-centered themes and friendship with God.

Veitenheimer hosts The Christian Grandparenting Podcast, sharing practical activities, prayers, and ideas to help grandparents pass on faith and biblical principles to their grandchildren. The podcast encourages grandparents to speak openly about their beliefs and build meaningful connections across generations. For organizations and event planners, she offers speaking engagements, author visits, and writing workshops. Her personal interests include CrossFit, running, hiking, and exploring national parks, all reflecting her appreciation for creation and adventure. Across her books, podcast, and in-person services, Veitenheimer aims to make Christian faith accessible and engaging for young people and families.
