## Description

Green Cities Foundation is a private foundation established by the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA) with a vision to protect, nurture, and grow urban green spaces for the health and well-being of all. They are dedicated to connecting plants and people to create a greener and healthier urban climate. Through their #GreenMyCity program, they collaborate with donors, volunteers, and communities to design and build urban green spaces.

The foundation is constantly taking on new projects to expand green spaces and reduce the effects of climate change in Canadian cities. They invite individuals to get involved by volunteering, donating funds or materials, and nominating their community. By planting trees, grasses, shrubs, and flowers, Green Cities Foundation improves air and water quality, fights against climate change, and reduces runoff and flooding.

With a commitment to responsibility, respect, integrity, and collaboration, Green Cities Foundation is making city living more enjoyable while reducing our impact on climate change. To join their growing community of green supporters, you can volunteer, sponsor, or donate.
