The Green Chemistry Teaching and Learning Community (GCTLC) is a collaborative effort between Beyond Benign and the American Chemical Society (ACS) Green Chemistry Institute, aimed at creating a supportive and nurturing online space for teachers, educators, students, industry stakeholders, and all those interested in green chemistry education. Our mission is to foster a diverse and accessible community of practice that supports collaboration, networking, mentorship, and resource sharing to advance the integration of green and sustainable chemistry principles across the education continuum. As a teaching and learning community, our vision is to empower responsible global citizens with green chemistry knowledge, skills, and tools to transform science education and ensure a sustainable future for all. We are driven by a shared philosophy statement and guided by a Code of Conduct to create a strong sense of belonging for all members.
