## Description

Gearbox Express, part of RNWBL, supports the renewable energy sector with specialized services for wind turbine gearboxes and main bearings. Its work is focused on improving the performance, reliability, and service life of wind energy assets through remanufacturing, field support, engineering, and training. The company operates a 75,000-square-foot facility equipped for gearbox testing, overhaul, and quality assurance. Its remanufacturing process includes disassembly, inspection, repair with quality components, and rigorous testing; remanufactured gearboxes come with a three-year no-risk warranty, which can be extended to five years with Revolution.

On-site field services include up-tower repairs, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and advanced diagnostics, helping customers address issues and reduce downtime. Engineering support covers failure analysis, custom upgrades, drivetrain reliability assessments, and consulting. Gearbox Express also offers Gearbox School, with expert-led, hands-on courses for wind industry professionals. Training includes foundational instruction in gearbox components, assembly, failure modes, lubrication, condition monitoring, and maintenance practices. Through its expertise and connection to RNWBL’s broader renewable energy platform, Gearbox Express aims to extend component life and help customers manage assets proactively.
