The club has continued operating since its founding, bringing together people who share an interest in cars, trucks, drag racing, and hot rodding. Rather than selling products, Gear Grinders offers a community for automotive enthusiasts, with opportunities to meet members, take part in club activities, and learn about membership. People interested in joining are invited to attend the club’s cruise nights and get to know the group. The club holds monthly meetings at La Fonda at 7:00 p.m., with schedules and location updates shared through its Facebook page. Its activities include the annual Classy Chassis event, scheduled for September 18, 2027, and the new Gear Grinders Classy Cruise, introduced in 2026. The organization also shares event photographs and updates through its online channels. Its 2026 Best of Show award went to Don Booker for his 1955 Chevy Belair. ## Industries - 🏎 Vehicles - 🏎 Motorsports _(under Vehicles)_ - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure - 🎗 Community and Society ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/sanantoniogeargrinders) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id5tn_b_O2/w/202/h/146/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793758078927) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id5tn_b_O2/w/800/h/800/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793758079169) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cardinal | #cb2026 | accent | | Korma | #8f3f0f | dark | | Sunset Orange | #ff4f4f | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
