## Description

**Brand: GECKO PARADE**

Established in 2015, GECKO PARADE is a unique theatrical collective based in the historic Kato House, a wooden home in Warabi, Saitama. This innovative group views itself as a "parade," emphasizing the gathering of people over specific objectives, which shapes their artistic expression. Their work blends traditional plays with modern sensibilities, focusing on creating immersive experiences within non-traditional spaces. Over the years, GECKO PARADE has presented a variety of performances, ranging from classical adaptations to original works, often in response to the unique atmosphere of the locations where they perform.

The collective is committed to expanding the boundaries of theatrical expression by collaborating with artists from various disciplines and continuously exploring new artistic possibilities. With a diverse roster of members joining in 2021, GECKO PARADE enhances its creative exchange and showcases pieces that resonate with audiences both domestically and internationally. Their mission emphasizes that the essence of theater lies not only in the performance itself but also in the community that comes together to experience it.
