## Description

GEDANKENFEST is the independent funeral celebrant service of Cordula Seckt, who creates personal ceremonies and eulogies to help families say goodbye with warmth and dignity. Guided by the belief that everyone deserves a meaningful funeral speech, she listens carefully to relatives, gathering their words, memories and small details to tell the story of the person they have lost. Each ceremony is shaped around the individual and the family’s wishes, whether they prefer a quiet, reflective farewell or one that is more lively and colourful.

Cordula offers sensitive support while respecting each person’s way of grieving and allowing them to set the pace. She does not impose herself, but provides advice when it is wanted and makes space for a range of emotions, from sorrow to shared laughter. Her aim is to create a thoughtful, comforting speech that preserves memories and gives the farewell a personal, dignified framework. GEDANKENFEST grew from her experience of how families responded to her individually crafted speeches and compassionate approach.
