## Description

Geenex is an early-stage energy project developer focused primarily on the PJM region, with a development pipeline spanning multiple states. Since 2012, the company says it has filed more than 12 GW of projects and acquired control of over 150,000 acres east of the Mississippi. Its portfolio includes utility-scale solar, battery storage, and advanced nuclear energy projects, with more than 15 projects operational and additional projects sold or in development.

Geenex supports projects from site selection and land acquisition through community engagement, permitting, and environmental due diligence. It works with landowners, local communities, and industry partners to develop energy resources intended to strengthen reliable power supply. The company emphasizes responsible land use, including support for native habitats, coexistence with agriculture, and decommissioning plans that aim to restore land.

Geenex also highlights local partnerships, job creation, private investment, and long-term tax revenue as potential community benefits. With offices in Charlotte and Indianapolis, its team presents a local, relationship-focused approach to energy siting and development.
