## Description

The Gender Glossar is an innovative online journal dedicated to the exploration of gender and diversity through an intersectional lens. It serves as a valuable resource for both academic and practical applications, catering to individuals engaged with these critical areas within and beyond university contexts. The journal aims to create a freely accessible, citable repository of knowledge, featuring contributions on terms, themes, individuals, and organizations pertinent to Gender Studies and Diversity.

In alignment with the “Third Mission” of higher education, articles are made widely available to promote understanding among the general public. Each submission is accompanied by concise summaries to facilitate comprehension. The Gender Glossar invites early-career researchers and students to become authors, with the assurance of quality and relevance through a rigorous blind peer-review process involving established scholars. Launched with an expanded focus on diversity, the journal actively encourages submissions on a variety of related topics, further enhancing its scope and impact in the academic landscape.
