## Description

GeneaCZ is the professional genealogy practice of Mgr. Václava Kodadová, offering research into family roots and the history of people, places, and properties. Based in Strunkovice nad Blanicí in the Prachatice district of the Czech Republic, Kodadová has provided private genealogical services since 2002. Her academic background includes archival studies and auxiliary historical sciences at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, completed at bachelor’s and master’s levels. Her research has drawn on archival sources and addresses both early modern correspondence and twentieth-century rural history.

GeneaCZ services include genealogical research, investigation of family relationships, and the preparation of family trees and family chronicles. The practice also researches the ownership history of houses and farms, family surnames, and local history. Clients can request expert transcription of archival documents and genealogy consultations. For organisations and communities, Kodadová prepares histories of municipalities, associations, and schools in book form, as well as comprehensive jubilee publications.
