## Description

Genealogy Trails History Group is a dedicated brand of volunteers that transcribe and provide free online historical and genealogical information. With a commitment to serving historians, genealogists, and researchers, our group offers a wide range of products and services. From our humble beginnings in 2000 in the state of Illinois, our passionate volunteers have expanded our coverage to encompass the entire United States by 2006. Our National Coordinator, Kim Torp, proudly guides our team of state hosts, ensuring a seamless experience for our users. We have a dedicated team of state hosts across all fifty states, each providing valuable local historical and genealogical data. At Genealogy Trails, we strive to maintain Common Sense Principles, which include providing free online material, non-commercial use, regular updates, and a respectful online environment. Join us in our mission to make historical and genealogical data accessible to all. Contact us to become a part of our group and contribute to our cause.
