## Description

GeneNeer Ltd. is an agricultural biotechnology company developing next-generation gene-editing technologies to accelerate crop breeding and strengthen food-system resilience. Its approach uses RNA switches and selective gene silencing to control gene expression, helping enhance crop traits with greater speed, precision and affordability. The company aims to make gene editing safer and more accessible to Tier-1 and Tier-2 seed companies.

GeneNeer’s platforms include Superlines and Mirtrons, as well as its TR8 Regulation Platform, which is being developed for gene editing and trait-expression control. These technologies draw on traits and plant defense mechanisms found in nature. Potential crop improvements include higher yields, greater resilience to environmental conditions, longer shelf life and improved nutritional value, creating benefits across the agricultural supply chain.

With expertise spanning RNA biology, molecular biology, tissue culture and agritech, GeneNeer works with seed developers, researchers and growers. The company welcomes collaboration, investment and other partnerships focused on sustainable agriculture, crop innovation and global food security, particularly as climate change places increasing pressure on cultivation.
