## Description

Generus Living is a 100% New Zealand-owned and operated company that develops and manages premium retirement villages and aged care facilities in sought-after locations across the country. Its aim is to create distinctive senior living environments that combine lifestyle, comfort, community and care, with a focus on quality and peace of mind. Rather than applying one standard design to every site, Generus develops each village as an individual destination, shaped by its location and intended residents. Its work spans site selection, capital raising, planning, construction, sales and operations, bringing together specialist partners such as architects, designers, landscapers and care experts for each project. The company also works with organisations and private individuals interested in investing in its expertise, landholdings and long-term legacy income. A nationwide team of around 450 people supports its growing portfolio, drawing on experience in retirement village development, construction, finance and care operations. Generus Living positions itself as a creator of premium lifestyle and care environments for people seeking an elevated retirement experience.
