## Description

GenomeSet is a bioinformatics platform designed to help users upload, explore, and analyze genomic and gene expression data. Its analysis features include genome annotation, coding sequence (CDS) extraction, GC content calculation, CpG island analysis, and sequence exploration. Users can add their own FASTA files or import data tables in CSV and TSV formats for processing in the GenomeSet analyzer.

The platform also provides a Species Explorer for browsing and downloading complete genome assemblies from NCBI by species, with options to import selected data for further analysis. Its GEO Dataset Explorer gives users access to gene expression datasets from the Gene Expression Omnibus, supporting search, download, and integration of these data into research workflows. GenomeSet includes documentation covering its introduction, setup, features, and troubleshooting. Additional tools, including a GFF3 parser and resources for large-scale genome research, are listed as in development. GenomeSet is currently in beta, so some modules may not work as expected, features may change, and data or results may be unstable.
