## Description

Gentle Harmonies Birth Education is a perinatal support and childbirth education practice led by Hilary Camire in Rochester, New Hampshire, serving families in the Seacoast area. Since beginning HypnoBirthing instruction in 2015, Hilary has supported hundreds of families as a childbirth educator and doula, and continues to expand her training and services.

The practice offers birth and postpartum doula support, childbirth education, HypnoBirthing classes, and one-to-one Body Ready Method assessments. Its broader offerings include prenatal and children’s yoga, postpartum support, and resources for families preparing for birth and early parenthood. Hilary is certified as a fertility, birth, and postpartum doula through bebo mia, and has training in Spinning Babies, Dancing for Birth, VBAC support, and prenatal and children’s yoga. She is also an affiliated doula and childbirth educator at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.

Gentle Harmonies emphasizes individualized guidance and connection with the local perinatal community. Prospective clients can book a free consultation to discuss their needs, while an email list shares updates about classes and events.
