Geoloweb.ch is the personal website of Julien M. Allaz, bringing together his interests and work in geology, photography, and web application development. The site features resources connected to two long-running projects in chemical analysis using electron probe microanalysis and scanning electron microscopy: De-MA, a database for electron and X-ray microanalysis, and FIGMAS, a focused interest group for microanalytical standards. Visitors can also explore extensive photography from regions Allaz has visited for geological fieldwork, hiking, and tourism, including locations in Switzerland, France, Italy, Germany, and the United States.
