# Geonauta - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `geonauta.pt` ## Description Associação Geonauta is a nonprofit association focused on speleology, diving, and the exploration, study, and conservation of natural underground and underwater environments. Active across the Barrocal Algarvio, it combines practical fieldwork with scientific, educational, cultural, and environmental initiatives. Its activities include cave exploration and surveys, monitoring and prospecting, and collaboration on scientific studies with institutions working in fields such as biology, archaeology, geology, hydrology, and hydrogeology. The association offers speleology training at Levels I and II, helping members develop the knowledge and technical skills to participate in teams and, as their experience grows, take on leadership roles. It also organizes awareness activities and workshops for local schools and higher education institutions. Geonauta emphasizes professional standards, inclusive participation, and responsible access to sensitive habitats. Its conservation work seeks to limit human impact on underground environments and cave-dwelling species, while informing participants about ecosystem fragility. Through its courses, field activities, and partnerships, the association makes knowledge and experience accessible to people interested in these disciplines and the natural heritage they involve. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Earth Sciences _(under Science and Education)_ - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/Geonauta-127596620605567) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idDV1BZ5IR/w/96/h/90/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790802103669) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idDV1BZ5IR/w/539/h/539/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790802103809) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Black | #000000 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Inter — asset _(google)_ - Inter — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
