With over 30 years of experience, Petzl has been on a continuous search to discover new miracles and explore the beauty of chocolate, working as a visual artist, Master Chocolatier, WACS Global Master Chef, and sculptor. Starting with his Master exam for Confectionery and Pastry Arts in Austria, Petzl has worked as a Pastry Chef in some of the world's best hotels in Singapore, Switzerland, Austria, the USA, and on a cruise liner.

Notably, he won gold for 'Best chocolate showpiece' at the Culinary Olympics in Berlin. Petzl's creations have received numerous awards at Luxury Chocolate Salons and he has been recognized as one of the best 25 Chocolatiers in the US. He has also won prestigious awards in Australia and was a finalist in the World Chocolate Masters competition.
