## Description

Germanistik im Netz (GiN) serves as a comprehensive information and service portal designed specifically for the field of German studies. Established from 2018 to 2022 by the DFG-funded Fachinformationsdienst (FID) Germanistik at the Johann Christian Senckenberg University Library in Frankfurt am Main, GiN integrates a wide array of resources and services for scholars and students alike.

The portal is organized into four main sections: Research, Publication, Information, and Research Support. Key offerings include the GiNdeX for in-depth research queries, GiNDok as a dedicated repository for scholarly works, and GiNGuide providing online tutorials. Additionally, GiNLab promotes digital experimentation in research.
