In 2026, the society celebrates its 20th anniversary, recognizing the contributions of its members, friends, supporters, and local residents. Its work includes documenting historical events and connections, reviewing archival materials, and preserving literature, photographs, illustrations, and oral accounts. The society also produces publications and annual reviews of village life, and organizes talks, exhibitions, cultural performances, historical walks, excursions, and trips. Its website shares resources such as a village chronicle, old street signs and village views, information about Westuffeln’s first water supply, and audio contributions. The society promotes Westuffeln’s local dialect through a dialect dictionary and comparisons with other dialects. It also features a choir department, event information, reports, and a gallery of annual photographs. By inviting people of all ages to participate, the society aims to pass local history and stories on to future generations. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 History _(under Science and Education)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/Geschichtsverein-Westuffeln-eV-1493438520962153) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/ido2uPDeSc/w/205/h/80/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793789993458) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/ido2uPDeSc/w/960/h/960/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793789994019) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Apple | #508c37 | accent | | Crusoe | #0f5400 | dark | | Golden Sand | #eed77b | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
