## Description

ElyxAI is a finance-focused AI agent designed to execute financial workflows directly in Excel. Rather than simply suggesting formulas or explaining tasks, it works within users’ spreadsheets, reading tabs, modifying cells, creating sheets, and showing its actions for review. Finance professionals can describe a task in plain language, then use Elyx to handle processes such as multi-source consolidation, data cleaning, file cross-referencing, reporting, variance analysis, reconciliations, and closing activities.

The platform is intended for freelance management controllers, small and medium-sized business finance teams, and chartered accountants. It can import external files, match data across inconsistent formats, build tables, and verify totals, while keeping formulas traceable and actions visible so users retain control. Elyx is compatible with Excel 2021 and Microsoft 365 and is available through Microsoft AppSource. The company highlights data protection measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, European hosting, and GDPR compliance. Its aim is to reduce repetitive spreadsheet work and help finance teams spend more time on analysis and planning.
