## Description

Peakfy is an AI-powered cycling coach and training plan app designed to turn riders’ data and available time into practical, personalized guidance. Developed with former professional cyclists and sport scientists, and tested by competitive riders, it serves cyclists across experience levels. Peakfy calculates training load, readiness, training zones and estimated FTP from actual ride data, rather than relying on unsupported guesses. It brings together information from Apple Health, Intervals.icu and .fit files, then explains what the numbers mean and how they should shape training.

The app creates weekly plans around each rider’s schedule, adapting sessions when availability changes. Workouts can include interval structure, power targets, cadence, perceived effort, and recommendations for hydration and carbohydrate intake. Riders can review detailed ride metrics, track progress, recovery and sleep, and discuss completed sessions with an AI coach that draws on their training history. Peakfy also offers coaching conversations at any time, with no message counters or credits to top up.
