## Description

Superposition is an AI headhunting service built to help startup founders find exceptional talent for their teams. Its platform manages the search process from sourcing through interview coordination, focusing on candidates suited to a specific company rather than relying on a generic idea of a “good hire.” The agent learns about a company through calls, decisions, and interviews, using that context to refine its work with each search.

For a given role, Superposition scans the internet and provides a shortlist with written reasons for each candidate. It can send personalized outreach from warmed email accounts on the company’s domain or from a founder’s Gmail, respond to candidates using the search brief, and ask required screening questions. It also schedules interviews, sends invitations, follows up on missed meetings, and handles rescheduling.

Superposition serves founding teams and startups across stages, including pre-seed through Series B, and offers support for technical and non-technical founder hiring. Pricing includes a monthly fee per agent and a success fee when a hire is made.
