Founded on January 1, 1982, the association has around 60 members of different ages. It aims to create an inclusive community for children, young people, and adults, whether they pursue Icelandic horse sport competitively or enjoy horses as a hobby. Fellowship, personal achievement, and safety are central to its activities. The club brings members together through social events, activity days, courses, and competitions. Its website provides information for prospective and current members, a schedule of events, contact details, and a 2026 sponsorship program. Members and visitors can also find information about the club arena, meeting minutes, updates from the board, riding courses, themed evenings, and Icelandic horses. Geysir shares activities such as gait demonstrations and provides a link to order club clothing through Hesteprodukter.no. Through these offerings, the association supports learning, participation, and a welcoming environment for Icelandic horse enthusiasts. ## Industries - 🐶 Pets and Animals - 🐶 Horses _(under Pets and Animals)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/Geysir) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/geysirislandshestforening) ## Logos & icons - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idN40vg5ET/w/1077/h/1077/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793004336529) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | San Marino | #4271ae | accent | | Mine Shaft | #3b3b3b | dark | | Dodger Blue | #3374ff | light | ## Fonts - proxima — asset _(custom)_ - Lato — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
