## Description

GezondBoerenVerstand is a Dutch provider of distinctive team outings and teambuilding workshops held on working farms in Amsterdam and near Utrecht. Its programs invite colleagues to take part in everyday farm activities, such as milking cows, moving a flock of sheep, building fences, and making gates. Participants put on overalls and boots, work together, and then reflect on what their experiences reveal about communication, collaboration, and leadership.

Rather than offering a fixed program, GezondBoerenVerstand shapes each outing around the team’s goals. Farm work and interaction with animals serve as practical experiences through which teams can explore their ways of working, supported by reflection, discussion, and experienced team coaches. The offering includes educational team outings and tailored teambuilding, available as half-day, full-day, and 24-hour experiences. Activities take place at De Stadshoeve in Zunderdorp, near Amsterdam, and De Willemshoeve in Soest, near Utrecht and Amersfoort. The company emphasizes a personal approach, an inspiring setting, and healthy food as part of its farm-based experiences.
