## Description

The GfG Bundesverband is a leading association dedicated to advocating for women and families during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and the journey to parenthood. Founded in 1980, the organization emerged from a grassroots women's health movement, aiming to empower women with confidence in their birthing abilities through innovative and holistic prenatal education.

GfG offers a variety of specialized training programs, including GfG-Familienbegleiterin®, GfG-Doula®, GfG-Mütterpflegerin®, and GfG-Stillbegleiterin®, equipping participants with essential skills for supporting families during critical life stages. Additional offerings include courses for postpartum recovery like GfG-Rückbildung/Neufindung® and GfG-Babymassage.

With over 700 members and active participation in multiple national networks, GfG strives to improve social conditions for women and families, advocating for natural childbirth and fostering community wellness. Their educational approach combines professional knowledge with personal development, ensuring a compassionate, inclusive environment for all involved in the birthing process.
