## Description

GiCo Società Cooperativa Sociale – Impresa Sociale is an Italian social cooperative that brings together specialized assistance, inclusion, and education. Guided by the values of Saint Giuseppe Benedetto Cottolengo, it supports people through two main areas of work: social care and professional development.

Its Centro Sociale Polifunzionale per Disabili, “Le Perle Preziose,” is located within the Piccola Casa della Divina Provvidenza – Cottolengo complex in Trentola Ducenta. The center provides welcome and assistance in a modern, equipped setting designed to encourage inclusion, community participation, and activities suited to guests’ needs.

GiCo also operates the “Edoardo Apicella” Study, Guidance and Professional Training Center. Its educational offering includes university and vocational training, as well as information technology and language certifications. Through these programs, the cooperative aims to help people of different ages build personal and professional skills for the future. GiCo’s services combine practical support with learning opportunities, reflecting its focus on care, participation, and individual development.
