## Description

Szkółka Narciarska Gigant is a ski school based in Zabrze, Poland, founded in 1993. For more than three decades, it has shared its enthusiasm for skiing through lessons and organized Saturday trips to the Beskid Śląski mountains. The school focuses primarily on children and young people, welcoming skiers aged 4 to 14 at all levels, including complete beginners. It also offers guidance to adults, from their first turns on skis to more sport-focused skiing.

Training is led by instructors from the Polish Ski Association, with groups arranged according to participants’ age and ability. Gigant’s team includes more than 20 experienced instructors, and its core staff has strong family ties. Before each season, instructors help participants choose suitable equipment. A ski helmet and the school’s vest are required for participants. Over its history, Gigant says it has trained and cared for more than 600 children; some former students have gone on to become ski instructors themselves.
