## Description

Gigtix is a UK online ticket reseller established in 2012, offering tickets to live music, comedy and sports events. The company describes itself as a trusted seller and a founder and member of the Fair Ticketing Alliance, which advocates for a responsible secondary ticketing market. Gigtix lists events across a wide range of genres, including rock, pop, metal, dance, jazz and classical music, as well as stand-up comedy and sporting events.

Customers can browse tickets by event or venue, explore current offers in the ticket sale, and make special requests through Gigtix’s Concierge service if they cannot find the tickets they want. The company says its tickets come from reputable suppliers, are listed on its website, and have prices set by Gigtix without hidden fees or upsells. Prices can fluctuate with demand, and tickets may be discounted, particularly through last-minute offers. Purchasing is presented as a straightforward process: find tickets, add them to a basket and pay.
