## Description

Gin-Fansubs is a German-language fan-subtitling group that translates and releases anime from a range of genres. The group focuses on making selected titles accessible to German-speaking viewers through subtitled releases, with projects shared through its website and community channels. Its catalogue has included Gintama, Paripi Koumei, and the short anime Gintama x Mameshiba, as well as Alice in Deadly School, whose download links were removed after the title received a license. The group has also completed and released Gintama – The Final, and has discussed work on a Gintama OVA. Site visitors can browse project information, download available releases, and consult an FAQ and project-status updates. Gin-Fansubs also uses Discord to share news and work-in-progress details, including insights into parts of the fan-subtitling process such as typesetting. Releases and updates are handled by the group’s contributor, identified on the site as Gin-chan. The site encourages users to stop distributing titles once they are licensed and to seek legal viewing options where available.
