## Description

Since its establishment in 1897, Iwakiya has dedicated itself to enriching lives through exquisite kimono craftsmanship. Founded by Kano Wagatsuma in Minamisoma City, known for its rich equestrian heritage, the brand has expanded with the opening of Ginza Iwakiya within the Horse Club Ginza. Iwakiya offers a unique selection of high-quality kimonos and accessories designed for both kimono enthusiasts and horse lovers.

Their specialty lies in Nishijin-ori textiles, renowned for their intricate patterns woven using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Iwakiya creates beautiful handwoven pieces, including custom artworks that celebrate cherished moments with beloved horses or pets. The brand also engages deeply with the equestrian community, having contributed to prestigious events like the JRA awards ceremonies, where they provided kimonos crafted from Nishijin fabric.

At Ginza Iwakiya, visitors can enjoy a special experience that beautifully intertwines the worlds of kimono and equine elegance, making it a must-visit destination for aficionados of both traditions.
