## Description

GIRES is a charitable organization dedicated to supporting and improving the lives of transgender and gender non-conforming individuals. This includes those who identify as non-binary or non-gender. Comprised of passionate volunteers, GIRES collaborates with other groups in this field to provide valuable resources and services to the community. One of GIRES' primary goals is to empower individuals to explore and express their authentic gender identities. They also offer support to families with members who may be experiencing difficulties related to gender expression. Membership with GIRES allows individuals to contribute their voice and be part of an inclusive community. Additionally, GIRES provides opportunities for education, training, and advocacy through various events, consultations, and surveys. With a wealth of resources in their shop, GIRES aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and support they need to navigate gender identity issues. Whether it's in the areas of education, employment, faith, health, law, or research, GIRES strives to make a positive impact. Join GIRES today and help us continue to make a difference in the lives of transgender and gender non-conforming individuals.
