Girls E (GEM) is a brand that aims to transform the lives of young women and create opportunities for their success. GEM began in 2012 with a small group of girls from a priority neighborhood in Toronto, and has since grown into a dynamic and robust mentorship program across the GTA and beyond. The program has helped hundreds of young women become future female leaders.

GEM is founded and led by women who believe in equal opportunities for girls to develop professional skills, pursue higher education, and build successful careers. They are dedicated to youth education and promoting gender equity, working with diverse communities to create inclusive societies and advance inclusive economic growth. With a passionate team, strong community partnerships, and devoted volunteers, GEM is making a difference by empowering the next generation of women leaders
