## Description

Girls Rise Up is a dynamic initiative dedicated to empowering the next generation of young girls. Founded in the wake of the pandemic, this organization seeks to create a supportive environment where girls can reconnect with each other and build confidence. As incidents of fear and violence in urban areas increased, many girls felt unsafe venturing outside. In response, Girls Rise Up introduced kickboxing as a transformative solution. This engaging activity goes beyond self-defense; it serves as a powerful means of self-discovery, strength-building, and overcoming personal fears. With guidance and practice, participants experience remarkable improvements in their lives and well-being. The mission of Girls Rise Up is clear: to help girls break free from their anxieties and feel unstoppable. Located in Athens, Greece, this initiative encourages girls to unite, reclaim their confidence, and thrive. Through their programs, Girls Rise Up is making a significant impact by fostering resilience and a sense of community among young women.
