# GLLR - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `gllr.dk` ## Description Gå-Lunt-Løb Rødovre (GLLR) is a community running and walking club in Rødovre, Denmark, built around enjoyable exercise, social connection and inclusive participation. Members can join regardless of age, fitness level or experience, with groups based on whether they prefer powerwalking, running or starting to run—not on pace. Training combines intervals on varied surfaces with technique, strength and balance exercises, with an emphasis on fitness, well-being and injury prevention. The powerwalking group offers brisk walking, drills and strength work, and can be an alternative for runners returning from injury. The running group is for people who already run regularly and can cover at least three kilometres without stopping. New runners can join a gradual 16-week programme designed to build endurance and work towards running for 30 minutes continuously; the club notes that its next programme is not currently planned. Regular sessions take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
