Global Connection is an independent, international organization dedicated exclusively to supporting expat partners. Our main goal is to contribute to the well-being and mobility of expat partners, ultimately leading to the success of their assignments. We provide our services to expat partners of 90 different nationalities in over 140 countries.

For human resources, we offer a range of services including research, consultancy, and HR management and staff training. We conduct research on partner support, including surveys among expat partners and HR executives, and also provide custom surveys tailored to specific needs. Our consultancy services cover various aspects such as policy development, ROI calculations, cost efficiency improvement, and benchmarking.

Additionally, we assist with supplier selection, purchasing/contracting, testing plans, and new initiatives. For expat partners themselves, we have a unique Triple Seven Support Model, which ensures the right information and services are provided at the right time and in the right way. Our support includes media & network support, books and magazines, digital newsletters, a members-only website with destination information and networking options, and a partner support helpdesk.

We offer a range of services and support throughout all assignment phases, from decision-making to repatriation. Our support packages are exclusively available to expat partners of assigning organizations that have a contract with Global Connection. However, our books are also available to the general public and can be ordered online.
