## Description

Global Bar Network (GBN) is an entertainment platform designed for bars, combining in-venue games with optional connections between approved venues. Its available games let guests participate using their own phones, without downloading an app, making a purchase, or consuming alcohol. Current offerings include Darts, Cornhole and Cup Pong, along with Axe and Pool previews; some gameplay can also take place phone-to-phone. Bars can display games for casual play, events or leagues. Approved venues may also open live rooms, with staff retaining control over the camera, microphone and connection. Participation is optional, and venues decide when to connect.

GBN is developing a broader channel format featuring licensed entertaining clips, interleaved advertisements and periodic optional venue connections. This programming is not yet available and remains subject to content, operational and legal approval. GBN distinguishes its current games and live-room features from this planned experience; a future camera-free viewing mode is also not currently available. The company offers venue access, support and information for bars interested in joining the network.
