The first pillar focuses on measuring important outcomes and progress using the Monitoring and Evaluation Systems Analysis (MESA) tool and the Management Information System. The second pillar aims to tell the causal contribution story of GEI's impact through rigorous case-based analysis, text analytics, machine learning techniques, and independent evaluation exercises.
