## Description

Global Infectious Disease Institute (GIDI) is a registered nonprofit organization focused on building world-class infectious disease institutes across Africa. Based in Fargo, North Dakota, the institute supports education, research, fundraising, and public awareness related to infectious diseases. Its work includes maintaining two scholarships and encouraging youth engagement, alongside efforts to strengthen health and scientific capacity.
