## Description

Global Money Week (GMW) is an impactful annual campaign aimed at raising awareness about the importance of financial education for young people. Founded as a CyFI initiative and organized by the OECD International Network on Financial Education, GMW empowers youth from an early age to develop essential financial knowledge, skills, attitudes, and healthy behaviors crucial for making informed financial decisions. 

Since its inception in 2012, GMW has reached over 60 million children and young people across 176 countries, significantly promoting financial literacy worldwide. The 13th edition will take place from March 17 to 23, 2025, and features a range of activities, including online quizzes, workshops, and gamified installations, designed to engage participants in enhancing their financial skills. 

Each year, GMW partners with various organizations, highlighting its global reach and impact. With a focus on creating financially resilient individuals, Global Money Week has become a vital platform for fostering financial awareness and education.
