Founded in 1999 as Gene’s Machine Shop, the company grew from Gene Scharber’s tractor-pulling passion and a partnership with Brent Payne. Today, GMS carries forward a tradition of personalized service, fair pricing, craftsmanship, and innovation. Based in Butler County, GMS produces hundreds of specialized parts for tractor-pulling applications, including engine, chassis, and driveline components. Its offerings include custom driveline and chassis parts, billet differentials, and private-label machining. The company also develops engine combinations and components that are tested on a dynamometer or track to support customer confidence and performance. Following the 2017 merger with Humpco Manufacturing, GMS continued producing distinctive, one-of-a-kind driveline and chassis components. Beyond manufacturing, GMS provides machine-shop services and works with customers to turn designs and early-stage ideas into finished parts. Its experienced team serves customers from its Hamilton, Ohio facility, combining practical pulling knowledge with a commitment to quality and responsive customer service. ## Industries - 🏎 Vehicles - 🏎 Motorsports _(under Vehicles)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/GenesMachineShop) - [youtube](https://youtube.com/channel/UCCshHU3rMhw8yMgdKCbZKmg) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idz1h93FTG/w/1000/h/1000/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793667821557) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idz1h93FTG/w/474/h/474/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793667821789) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Dove Gray | #666666 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - aktiv-grotesk — asset _(custom)_ - aktiv-grotesk — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
