GNAC Sports is the premier athletic conference for colleges and universities in five states and the Canadian province of British Columbia. With a rich history dating back to its establishment in July 2001, GNAC has become one of the top NCAA Division II conferences in the nation. The conference offers an impressive array of 16 sports for both men and women, including baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, rowing, soccer, softball, track & field, and volleyball. GNAC teams have achieved remarkable success, with over 100 NCAA Division II Top-10 national team finishes in various sports. In recent years, GNAC teams have excelled in both regional and national competitions. Western Washington volleyball, Seattle Pacific women's soccer, and Western Washington women's basketball have all achieved notable regional and national success. Furthermore, GNAC prides itself on academic excellence. Conference student-athletes have received numerous CoSIDA Academic All-American awards, with over 120 winners to date. The conference has also produced five winners of the prestigious NCAA Elite 90 Award, recognizing the highest cumulative GPA among student-athletes at national championship sites.
