## Description

Golfclub Olching is a golf club in Olching, west of Munich, founded in 1979. Located about 20 kilometres from Munich city centre, it combines golf, recreation and community in a quiet setting among the Amper meadows. Its 18-hole championship course was designed by Kurt Roßknecht in 1980–81 and modernised by Thomas Himmel in 2012–13, with redesigned greens, bunkers and tees. The flat course is suitable for a range of ages and can generally be played without a golf cart.

The club offers membership options, beginner golf and introductory courses, children’s and youth training from age five, coaching, tournaments, teams and social playing groups. Practice facilities include a driving range, putting green, two chipping and pitching greens, and three practice bunkers. The course landscape incorporates eight lakes, valuable habitats and native vegetation, reflecting the club’s commitment to golf in harmony with nature.

Visitors can book tee times and access playing and practice facilities, with carts, trolleys, changing rooms and guest lockers available.
