## Description

Goobab is a smart parking-access management system designed for residential towers, communities and property managers. It replaces access cards and extra resident devices with vehicle plate recognition, allowing approved cars to enter and exit through a connected gate. Residents register vehicles, manage their details and request visitor permits through a WhatsApp bot in Arabic or English, or through Goobab’s mobile app. Administrators approve applications and assign parking quotas to each unit, helping ensure that simultaneous access does not exceed the spaces allocated.

The platform also supports temporary permits for visitors and short-term tenants, with expiry times that can be set or permits cancelled as needed. Its smart-gate features include automatic number-plate recognition, restricted-plate lists, live entry and exit records, and documented manual opening by security staff. A management dashboard provides tools for projects, buildings, units, permissions, approvals, reports and data exports. Goobab also offers notifications, audit trails and role-based access for administrators, supervisors, security personnel and viewers.
