## Description

The Good Job Happy Co. is a Connecticut brand making handcrafted dog treats while creating opportunities for adults with Autism and intellectual disabilities. Its small-batch approach reflects a belief that everyone deserves the chance to do meaningful work, earn income, and build skills. Each bag represents both a treat for a dog and a paycheck earned by a team member.

The company describes its treats as made with simple, wholesome ingredients, without fillers, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. Peanut butter and oats feature in customer reviews, which praise the recognizable ingredients, appealing texture, and popularity with dogs, including picky eaters. Treats are promoted through the brand’s online shop, with customers invited to sign up for availability updates.

The company’s name honors Happy, founder Tricia Jezierny’s Labradoodle and retired racing dog, who completed 169 races in Connecticut towns. Happy now works alongside adults with intellectual disabilities at We Do Life Together. Through its products and community focus, The Good Job Happy Co. aims to bring joy to dogs while supporting meaningful employment in Connecticut.
