This program bridges the gap for employed applicants with limited credit scores, offering secured auto loans to facilitate their access to reliable transportation. The primary goal is to connect participants with affordable vehicles, enabling them to maintain employment, advance in their careers, and achieve financial independence.

Goodwill Cars to Work strives to help participants establish or improve their credit history and offers a range of benefits, including a matched down payment of $500, a flat 5% interest rate on all loans, and free coaching to assist in achieving financial goals. Additionally, the organization reimburses the interest paid on loans that are paid in full without any late payments. Through strategic partnerships with Oxmoor Auto Group, Park Community Credit Union, and Apprisen, Goodwill Cars to Work enhances the program's success by providing pre-approvals, vehicle matching, loan administration, financial foundations classes, and six months of financial coaching.
