## Description

GORC Trails, also known as the Gateway Off-Road Cyclists, is a brand that was founded in 1998 by a group of mountain bikers from the St. Charles area. The brand is dedicated to advocacy, design, construction, and maintenance of multi-use trails. As a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, GORC's main goal is to represent the voice of mountain bikers in the St. Louis metropolitan area, encompassing both Missouri and Illinois. With official relationships with various agencies such as St. Louis County Parks, St. Charles County Parks, and Missouri State Parks, GORC has been responsible for over 94 miles of new trail construction and maintenance of over 163 miles of existing trails. These efforts have been made possible through the hard work and dedication of GORC members, who have undergone extensive training by the International Mountain Bike Association. In addition to trail work, GORC also organizes social activities like group rides, trips, and events. Whether you need assistance with trail maintenance or require design and construction services for new trails, GORC is the go-to resource for all your trail needs. So, join GORC today and become a part of a community that is passionate about preserving and enhancing outdoor trails for everyone to enjoy.
