## Description

Goshin Kan is an Australian traditional karate organisation based in Sydney, led by founder and head teacher Hanshi Deena Naidu. Its teaching draws on the Goshin Kan Jun Goju-kai tradition and the teachings of Gogen Yamaguchi Sensei, with an emphasis on practical self-defence, self-discipline and personal development. Students of different ages, experience levels, karate styles and ranks are welcome to learn through the organisation’s dojos and online resources.

Goshin Kan offers structured grading syllabuses, supported by lessons, videos and documentation, with a pathway from beginner belts through black belt. Training and grading can be arranged in person or online, and senior students and teachers may apply for review within its grading system. Hanshi Naidu also provides tailored online tuition to students and teachers internationally.

The organisation shares learning through online videos and tutorials, podcasts, and material on Keihatsu, its approach to mental and spiritual development in karate. Its offerings include Keihatsu, a book by Naidu available as an eBook and printed edition.
