## Description

Ripple is a grief-support and funeral-planning resource founded by Caroline, a licensed funeral director. Its mission is to help people find support, guidance, and community through grief, funerals, and the experiences that follow. The centerpiece is a nationwide directory that brings together publicly available information about highly rated funeral homes, helping families compare local providers, review their services, and make informed choices when planning a funeral.

Ripple also offers a community where people affected by loss can connect with others who understand their experiences. Members can find peer support, practical guidance, and spaces organized around their needs, as well as read personal stories about grief, love, and resilience. The site’s resources include guides on planning ahead, the first steps after a loss, understanding grief, self-care and healing, and supporting someone who is grieving. Visitors can contact Ripple by email or seek support from the community. For people seeking funeral services in New York, the site also lists Down to Earth Funerals as a partner.
