## Description

Go West Taxidermy is a custom taxidermy studio located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, in the heart of elk country. Led by wildlife artist Ashley Gillespe, the business creates professional, high-quality mounts that help clients preserve the memories of their hunts. Gillespe has more than 10 years of experience and brings a personal passion for her craft and the outdoors to each project.

The studio offers a range of taxidermy services, including shoulder mounts, life-size mounts and rugs, custom bases and habitats, and European and panel mounts. Its work is presented in an online gallery, where visitors can view examples of completed projects and learn more about the studio and its services. A customer review highlights the care and pride evident in the finished mounts.

Go West Taxidermy is based at 2464 Downhill Drive in Steamboat Springs. The studio’s regular hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with expanded availability during the fall hunting season, when it is open seven days a week.
